    By accessing or using Softivum's website, services, or courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.

    2. Services

    Softivum provides digital marketing, web development, SEO, paid advertising, social media management, brand strategy, analytics, and educational courses. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual proposals or agreements signed between Softivum and the client.

    3. User Accounts

    Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

    4. Intellectual Property

    All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software — is the property of Softivum or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

    5. Course Enrollment

    Course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Access to course materials is granted for the duration specified at enrollment. Sharing account credentials or course materials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

    6. Payment Terms

    Payments for services are due as outlined in the respective proposal or invoice. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. Softivum reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts exceeding 30 days.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Softivum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    8. Termination

    Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. Softivum reserves the right to terminate or suspend access immediately for violation of these terms, without prior notice or liability.

    9. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
